In general, wigs are made with a one-size fits all design and this is what the wig manufacturers refer to as an Average sized wig. Ninety-five percent of the wigs on this website are Average sized and we also carry a few styles in petite and large sizes for the minority of the population who require a specialized wig. Please keep in mind that unless you have an extremely large head or an extremely small head, 99% of the wigs on this website will fit you. If not, measure your head to be sure or contact us and we'd be happy to assist you. Here are some dimensions of wig caps: Regular size for a Wig is 21 1/2 to 24 inches depending on the manufacturer. Unless Stated otherwise most wigs come in regular size fitting a head ideally from 22 to 23 inches but can be adjusted to go as low as 21 1/2 and stretched slightly to accommodate a head size of as much as 23 1/2 to 24" Petite in a wig is 20 1/2 to 21 1/2" again, depending on the manufacturer. Most petite wigs are worn by children and people with really small petite features. Larger head size is usually between 23 to 25" depending on the manufacturer
I am having trouble with selecting a color. What can I do?
We strongly advise all customers to rent or purchase a color ring for wigs that are final sale. By doing this, you eliminate any chance of not being satisfied with the color of your wig. Remember, the color charts on this website should only be used as a guide. Colors may appear different on actual wig than shown on your screen due to the color resolution of your computer monitor so please choose wisely. Choosing two colors is also a good idea just in case the color you want is no longer in stock.

How often can I wash my wig?
Our Beauty Advisors recommend washing a wig every fourth day it is worn. Therefore if you plan to wear your wig every day, you should wash it about twice a week.

If you purchased a human hair wig from us, you are okay to use curling irons but if your wig is a synthetic one, do not use heat on it! It will cause damage and melt the synthetic hair strands. The best way to dry your synthetic wig is on a wig stand. We sell portable folding wig stands that can be carried with you and are great for drying or setting your wigs on. The best way to store wigs is to place them on a wig stand with a hair net over it so that the style of the wig can be preserved. Wigs can also be kept in a hair net and in a plastic bag (which usually comes with the wig) when it is not being worn. I plan to wear my wig every day, how can I maintain it?

This is the only way to keep your wig looking as "real as possible" Remember, this synthetic hair, not "real hair"so you need to be realistic about the care of your new purchase.
